Have you heard about the 30:30 method?
If you have read my report on micro-level pacing, then you know about the 5:1 method.
But have you heard about the 30:30 method?
I am in a marathon-fitness training program, and one of my fellow participants is a man named Gerald, who raced in the Portland Marathon a couple of weekends ago.
Gerald said that he met Jeff Galloway while at the marathon expo, and Jeff recommended that Gerald try the 30:30 method.
Gerald told me last weekend that he used the 30:30 method to his advantage in Portland.
Do you want to guess what this method is?
I will give you a hint: You can use the 1:1-method tables in my pace-tables report when you follow the 30:30 method.
Do you know what the 30:30 method is? Please leave a comment here. Thanks!
