Ebook Cover-Image Survey for Google Play/Kobo/Nook

I formerly focused on ebook publishing only for Kindle. When I changed to a better tool for authoring books, publishing for Google Play, Kobo, and Nook became much easier.

But, here’s something curious that I noticed recently:

• A Kindle ebook by default includes the cover image at the front of the ebook.
• Google Play, Kobo, and Nook ebooks by default do not include the cover image.

So, I have a question for you, if you buy Google Play, Kobo, or Nook ebooks.
